When exchanging links we ensure the links are surrounded by text and are a natural part of the page. We feel that surrounding the link with relevant text is informative to the person visiting the site and the search engines give the link more importance. Exchange links to dedicated links pages –pages that are simply an endless list of links with no or little text
We prefer to link using keywords in the link. For example the following link is good African Art Gallerywhilst this next one is not www.jumart.net we don't like our links to be worded ‘click here ’this is an example of where simple is not best! We like to use key words in out links
we love to link to to art and African related pages as these are relevant,however,we will consider any requests. We hate to see reciprocal links clump together on the same page –it's nice to see them spread them out over the whole web site.
We like to create the links in good old fashioned HTML –here simple is best. linking to pages that have a <nofollow>tag,or links in java script are just a waste of time
